Serving local congregations by empowering church leaders to make authentic followers of Christ and plant new churches.
Our Vision
To develop healthy churches by supporting, resourcing, & equipping church leaders in the Classis to fulfill their God given mission.
Our Values
- Classis Ministry as a partner in mission with local congregations
- Personal renewal precedes corporate renewal
- A commitment to equip pastors to be effective leaders in their ministries
- Each pastor needs to be aware of the circumstances of his/her ministry and be accountable to the Classis through their Cluster for working toward health and wholeness
- Pastors who are Life Long Learners contributing to spiritual health, effective leadership, and a spirit of unity with Classis colleagues
- Healthy Missional Churches
- Churches pursuing continuous improvement through use of such tools as the NCD survey, the Nine Triggers, and outside assessment
